No Excuses !! Work It Out

Imagine yourself in a situation where in your own party, a zero sized seductress takes hold on everyone's attention you wished and deserved for ! You abruptly start seeing  tyres hanging around you and tucked in breath-blocking spine-breaking unfit spandex ! Chances are bright for a heart break too as your Man is bewitched by those foxy silhouettes ! Well, very startling situation. So Ladies, before any jinxy minxy steal your show, tighten up your shoelaces and start measuring the kilometers, Now !

Lets talk over your imaginary roadblocks.

Excuse the Excuses :- Not ready yet, don't have sportswear, will start tomorrow or coming weekend, aah.. i just had my meal, have a kid, im depressed, im not good looking, have no company, have some other priorities, and infinite excuses !! Ladies, then be ready to see yourself standing in last row, or get your plane ticket rejected or be embarrassed by the sight of your kid's face after you try his bicycle or when your car door and seat needs to be remodeled to make you fit in !!

Work outs are not catwalks :- Exercising is all about sweating yourself, its not a fashion parade. Just jump off. Wear anything comfortable to begin with or wear your style, anything! Undoubtedly, sportswear is a must. You can buy that later. Meanwhile if don't have shoes, grab hawaii thongs. Make workouts an inescapable everyday routine. As high the spirit and enthusiasm you have today, higher will be tomorrow. Every mile covered will boost your hormonal graph. Give a try, Get up from your couch.Now !

Deal the Meal syndrome:- Next time meal excuse wont work . As a matter of fact, walk 15 minutes after meal will help you digest well, you will get a good long sleep, another weight loss recommendation ! More you sleep, less you eat and body accommodates and burns fat more efficiently while we snooze. Though few initial steps after meal should not be too speedy. Avoid Weight and Cardio after meals.

The Kiddish Kid Factor :- Your kids are roads to life, not roadblocks ! Learn from their ceaseless energy. Jump, run, play, skip, dance, its cherry pie to shed kilos while you play with your tots. Set an Example for them. Surprise them with your zeal.Your participation in kid's activities fills gap and makes this bond more stronger and approachable. Get spouse, relatives, friends or paid services to back you. Who says you don't deserve mom's time out ! Go get it girl !!

Break through Depression :- Depression is like a tight unfit bra on our chest. Take it off girls!  Breathe a little more. Depression creates vicious circle of disorders in a woman's body, over eating followed by emotional distress, weight gain, thyroid, and seeing our body bulging out, more depression and cycle repeats. Breathe in Breathe out girls ! Tell yourself that you have to live a healthy and beautiful life. Find a breakthrough. Cut in the thing of this circle, Weight gain it is. Regular workouts speeds up our metabolism, hormonal balance and Blood circulation. Solution is within you. Find it !  
Book a Look with workouts :-  Making your looks an excuse is self inflicted double jeopardy. If not born with seductive looks , doesn't mean that you cant have sultry silhouettes. Nobody is perfect. Our suggestion, work over your weaknesses with your strengths. Be a scrumptious curvy desire. However work outs boosts your blood circulation, pumping out impurities and sweat removes clogged dirt. A warm shower after that will give you a soft smooth and lustrous skin. Believe it !

Prioritize yourself :- Forsaking personal pampering moments for a lifelong list of never ending priorities is not fair. Find two hours just for you, only you. These two hours will change everything, your appearance, your attitude, your health and your life goals. People around you will have more respect for you, for the battle you fought against yourself. Win it !


Better Alone:- Hey its not party that you need to send invites !! The greatest achievements in world started single handed. Partner, friend or new group, its fine to have company but making it an excuse is silly. Company is fun & motivation at times but dependence on others can potentially waste your time and affects morale if your mate is doing better than you. Yes, we are women, this happens. Accept the facts !     
 
Set Targets :- Thinking that in one day you'll earn wings is a dream. Be patient. Patience pays. Set smaller targets like one kilometer first day ,add more each day. Sooner you'll find yourself in league of athletes! Almost ready for marathons! Doubt it? Try for fifteen regular days & then tell us.

Make up your mind, put your body in action mode and go girl, get the body and lifestyle of your dreams. It'll take time, who said that goodness is easier to achieve, it is always difficult, and that is why good things remain Good. Be Good, Do Good, Feel Good and Move on !!
