Stimulating Scents you ignore:-Coffee powder, flavored tea, body oils, hair oils, aroma oils, favorite lotion, baby powder, chocolates, lemon grass, oregano, spices, expensive perfume, cheap deodorant, old book in a corner, new one on table, starched cotton dress, new dress you never opened, soaps, mud in your garden, or a rose in unnoticed pot in balcony, all possess powers to gaga you. Eat and Beat the Blues:- Stress hormones in women induce eating. Cook, go out or order at home. Eat what you desire but don't forget to count your calories. Eating in moderation will work both way.
